What To Expect
Day 1
During your first visit, Dr. Danielle will take and perform a comprehensive history and exam. She will use the information gathered to create a custom care plan to help you reach your desired goals. You will not be adjusted on this first visit.
Day 2
During the second visit, Dr. Danielle will go over her findings and recommendations for care. This is when you receive your first adjustment.
The Adjustment
During the adjustment you may or may not hear/feel a “popping” sensation. Oftentimes people feel great after their adjustment. Some may feel slightly sore or achy due to muscles becoming activated that had previously not been engaging. It is important to note that previous pain or discomfort may return. Several adjustments may be required to reach desired outcomes from care.
Your Care Plan
No two care plans are alike. Dr. Danielle creates care plans catered to each of her patients. It is important to follow the care plan and recommendations in order to reach optimal results from care.
Remember, in order to ensure the nervous system is functioning to the best of its ability, repetition is key.
